Local Singapore Delivery

• Free Shipping Threshold: We offer free local shipping on orders over $75 SGD; otherwise, a $10 SGD flat delivery fee applies.
• Delivery Timeline: Orders take around 3–5 business days to reach you (Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays).
• Courier & Tracking: All orders are shipped from our Singapore office via EASYPARCEL, unless otherwise stated. Tracking details will be sent via email upon dispatch.
• Express Shipping: We offer express shipping at a fixed fee of extra $10 SGD. Please contact info@happytogetherparty.com should you require this service.

International Delivery

• Global Shipping: We ship to a range of countries worldwide. Country availability is verified automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
• Shipping Rates & Timelines: Shipping charges are auto-generated by our system according to your delivery location. International delivery usually takes 6–8 business days from the date of shipment (excluding potential customs delays).
• Tracking: All international airmail parcels include a tracking number, which can be tracked directly on the DHL Express portal.

02. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

‍We are deeply sorry if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Kindly contact our Customer Support Team at info@happytogetherparty.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item(s) so we can rectify this immediately. Please do not return any items without contacting us first. Approved items may be exchanged or refunded.

7-Day Scent Exchange Guarantee

‍Scents are deeply subjective, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your creation.

• Singapore Customers:            

If your perfume does not meet your expectations, you may exchange it at our physical boutiques within 7 days of delivery for a free full-sized perfume creation (30ml) of a scent you enjoy. Orders must be returned in their original packaging. Note: Scent exchanges are only available for online purchases. Perfumes purchased directly in our boutiques are not eligible for exchange. Please email info@happytogetherparty.com to book your boutique exchange appointment.

Return Shipping Costs

We do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. For discretionary inquiries, please reach out to info@happytogetherparty.com.

• International Customers:        

During sales or promotional periods, exchanges and refunds are strictly non-applicable.

Order Cancellations

‍Where international returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis, return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We strongly recommend returning items via registered mail, as we cannot be held liable for untracked missing packages.

• Cancellation Window: All cancellation requests must be officially submitted via email to create@maison21g.com within 24 hours of purchase.
• Processing Cutoff: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (SGT) on Fridays will be processed on the next business day. Once an order has begun processing, it can no longer be canceled.

How long does the perfume last on skin?

Our fragrances are formulated as high-concentration Eau de Parfum (20–25% fragrance oils), designed to last 6 to 8 hours. Longevity varies based on skin hydration, environment, and specific scent notes (woody and oriental accords naturally persist longer than lighter citrus notes).

Are your ingredients clean, vegan, and cruelty-free?

Yes. All of our formulations are 100% cruelty-free, vegan, and crafted without parabens, phthalates, or unnecessary synthetic fillers. We strictly follow IFRA (International Fragrance Association) health and safety standards.

Unsure which scent to choose online?

We recommend starting with our Discovery Set. It allows you to test mini samples on your unique skin chemistry and experience how the scent notes evolve over a few hours before committing to a full bottle.

Do I need an appointment for the Perfume Bar experience?

While walk-ins are welcomed based on availability, we strongly recommend booking a session in advance on our website to ensure a dedicated perfumer host and reserved seating for your party.

How should I store my fragrance?

Store your fragrance bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature shifts (avoid leaving them in humid bathrooms). Kept properly, your perfume will maintain its optimal smell for 3 to 5 years.

04. Claims & Product Issues

• Claims Window: Any claims for apparent defects or non-conformity must be submitted in writing within fourteen (14) days from the order date to info@happytogetherparty.com failing which the claim shall not be admitted.
• Return Email Protocol: All return inquiries must be sent to info@happytogetherparty.com including your Order Number, Full Name, and Reason for Return.
