Learner's Contract
Here'a couple of things to take note before the course begins.
Disclaimer
1. I am aware that Happy Together Pte Ltd is not a recruitment center and is not responsible for securing a job for me.
2. I am not incentivised by Happy Together Pte Ltd in any way when signing up for the course.
Course Information
3. I am aware of the course outline, modules, and total duration.
4. I am aware of the date, time, and venue for the training.
Course Fee and Subsidy
5. I am aware of the fee structure.
Course Deposit
6. I am aware that the Course Deposit $30 will be refunded upon 14 days completion of the course.
7. I am aware that the Course Deposit $30 will be forfeited if I do not complete the course (See clause 8).
Course Completion Criteria
- I am aware that I must meet the following criteria to be considered to have successfully completed the course:
- Attain at least 75% attendance, and
- Pass all assessments in the course within 60 calendar days from the Initial Course start date.
- I am aware that if I did not meet the above criteria, my nett fee will not be refunded.
Safety Criteria
10. Without the supervision from the trainer, Happy Together Pte Ltd will not be held liable for the injury stated below:
- Any burn injury from the Hot plate stoves and heat gun,
- Injury by cutting through cutters or scissors,
- Fire hazard caused by overheating wax.
Reschedule
11. I can arrange for reschedule and/or reassessment to meet the Course Completion Criteria (See Clause 8).
12. The reschedule fee is $30 per session. This fee may be waived by valid reasons (See Clause 13).
Valid Reasons
13. I am aware of the following list of valid reasons:
- Medical condition
- Covid - Stay-Home Notice (SHN) or Quarantine Order
- Religious Observance
- Ethnicities nuances
- Compassionate condition – i.e. demise of immediate family members
- NS obligations - e.g. medical check-up, in camp training
- Statutory obligations - e.g. attend court hearings
- Any other circumstances subject the school's approval.
14. I am aware that all Valid Reasons must come with supporting document(s).
15. I am aware of the following are Invalid Reasons:
- Work-related
- Family-related
- Any Reason without supporting document
- Covid-Negative Self-quarantine
- Any other circumstances not listed in the list of Valid Reasons
English Proficiency
16. I am able to read and understand the above clauses in this document.
17. I understand that this class will be conducted fully in English and I am able to read, understand, speak and write in English.
General
18. I consent to Happy Together Pte Ltd using my personal data for training matters such as sending course details, administration and course-related surveys.
19. I consent to Happy Together Pte Ltd using my personal data, including but not limited to photos and videos for the purpose of marketing and promotional information about the products and/or services from Happy Together Pte Ltd.
20. Happy Together Pte Ltd reserves the right to terminate any enrolment without prior notice if the academy has decided in its sole discretion that it would be in its best interest to do so.
21. Enrolment will only be confirmed upon payment (Deposit + Course Fee).
