These hazelnut trees are grown at the foot of the Massif Central,
in an organic garden certified by Ecocert Greenlife. This tree
plays a crucial role in preserving soils and biodiversity.

Its dense root system fights soil erosion, while its fallen leaves
regulate soil pH, promoting the growth of other plant species.

As a honey tree, it attracts bees and other pollinators, thus
supporting the pollination of surrounding plants. In addition, it
provides shelter and a food source for many animal species, thus
contributing to the richness of biodiversity.
